About Solange

I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and have been cooking since I was seven years old.

I currently cook for several families on the West Side and I do catering for parties and events.

I can cook for you in your home, or deliver prepared food to your home or event venue.

Broiled Salmon with Dill Sauce

This is one of my most popular dishes. Great for any occasion.

Chicken Marsala

Another popular one. This one can be made with zucchini instead of mushrooms upon request.

Baked Cod

This is one of my favorite dishes to make, as it takes me back to my roots. A dish commonly served at Christmas, it is a cultural remnant of Portugal's colonization of Brazil.

Skirt Steak with Caramelized Onions

Juicy and delicious, this is a great choice for tacos or fajitas!
